## Page Summary

The private GPT page describes a ChatGPT-style assistant that Inzint installs on the customer's own or an in-country server, trained on their documents, answering in Arabic and English for unlimited internal users. It publishes prices, compares self-hosting against public AI subscriptions, and explains the five-stage delivery process. Inzint sells the build service, not ChatGPT: the deployment runs open-weight models and Inzint is not affiliated with OpenAI.

## Page Content

## Your own ChatGPT. On your servers.

A private, self-hosted GPT assistant trained on your documents, fluent in Arabic and English, with unlimited internal users. Nothing you type into it ever leaves your building.

From OMR 9,630. Runs on hardware you own, or on a server we provision inside Oman.

### Your team is already using AI. The question is where your documents end up.

Somebody in your organisation has already pasted a contract, a salary sheet, or a draft tender into a public chat tool. It was faster than the alternative, so it happened, and it will keep happening. The uncomfortable part is that you cannot say where that text is now, who processed it, or under whose jurisdiction.

For a bank, a hospital, a ministry supplier, or any business holding personal data about Omani residents, that is a real exposure under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree No. 6/2022. Banning the tools does not work either. Staff just go back to doing the slow thing, or use the tools on their phones where you cannot see it at all.

A private, self-hosted GPT ends the trade-off. Your people get the assistant they wanted, and the documents stay on a machine you can walk up to and unplug.

### A complete assistant, not an API key

Everything below is part of the build. You end up with a working system your staff use daily, not a proof of concept that needs a data-science team to keep alive.

#### Runs on hardware you control

An open-weight model is installed on your own server or on an in-country machine we provision for you. There is no call out to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, and the assistant keeps working if the office loses its internet connection.

#### Trained on your documents

Policies, contracts, tender files, manuals, SOPs, past correspondence. The assistant retrieves from your own material and cites which document an answer came from, so staff can check it rather than trust it blindly.

#### Arabic and English, in one assistant

Staff ask in Arabic or English and get an answer in the same language, including summarising an English contract in Arabic or drafting an Arabic circular from English notes.

#### Unlimited internal users

You buy the system once. Adding the next fifty employees costs nothing extra, which is the opposite of per-seat AI subscriptions that grow every time you hire.

#### Admin console and audit trail

Role-based access, per-department document permissions, and a log of who asked what. Your IT and compliance teams get answers when they ask how the system is being used.

#### Your choice of model, swappable later

We select from open-weight models such as Qwen, Llama, and Mistral based on your Arabic quality needs, hardware, and workload, and the model can be upgraded later without rebuilding the system.

### What Oman teams actually ask it

The value shows up in the ordinary questions that used to cost somebody twenty minutes and a search through a shared drive.

#### HR and policy questions

Leave entitlement, end-of-service, expense rules, and the Oman Labour Law clauses your handbook already covers, answered instantly instead of queuing at the HR desk.

#### Tender and contract review

Summarise a 200-page tender, pull out the scope, penalties, and deadlines, and compare a new draft against the version you signed last year.

#### Bilingual drafting

Turn English meeting notes into an Arabic circular, or an Arabic client email into an English brief for a delivery team abroad.

#### Field and engineering manuals

Technicians ask the assistant instead of searching a shared drive, and get the procedure with the manual page it came from.

#### Finance and audit questions

Ask across historical reports and reconciliations without exporting anything to a foreign cloud service.

#### Feeding your customer-facing bots

The same private knowledge base can power your customer chatbot and telephony agent, so internal and external answers never drift apart.

### Private GPT versus a public AI subscription

Self-hosting is not the right answer for everyone. Here is where it wins and where it does not, so you can decide before you talk to us.

If your work is mostly public-domain research and nobody handles personal or commercially sensitive data, a public subscription is probably the cheaper answer, and we will tell you so on the call.

### Five stages, and you own the result

- 01 Scoping . We agree which departments go first, which document sets matter, who needs access, and the schedule. You get the full scope and price in writing before anything starts.
- 02 Server sizing . We size the GPU server for your workload and either specify hardware you buy, use a machine you already own, or provision an in-country server for you.
- 03 Install and connect . The model, the retrieval layer, and the admin console are installed, then connected to your document sources, file shares, and identity provider.
- 04 Tuning and evaluation . We build a test set from your real questions in both Arabic and English, measure the answers, and tune retrieval until it holds up on the questions your staff actually ask.
- 05 Handover and training . Your team gets admin training, documentation, and the runbook. You own the system, so you can keep running it yourself or put it on a managed care plan.

### Published prices, in Omani Rials, before you call

No 'contact us for pricing' wall. These are the numbers we start from, and anything outside the scope below is quoted in writing before work begins.

#### Departmental

One department live on your own or an in-country server, trained on their document sets.

#### Company-Wide

Every department on one private assistant, with single sign-on and resilience built in.

#### Managed Care

Optional. We keep the system patched, monitored, and improving after handover.

Prices are one-off build costs in Omani Rial, excluding GPU server hardware, which we specify and you buy, or provision for you inside Oman at cost. Managed care is optional and can be cancelled; the system keeps running without it because you own it.

### What this connects to

A private GPT is usually the internal half of a bigger picture. These are the pieces it most often plugs into.

#### Customer Service AI Chatbot

The customer-facing side. Same private knowledge base, answering on WhatsApp, your website, and Instagram.

#### Customer Service Phone AI Agent

A 24x7 phone agent that can answer from the same documents your staff query internally.

#### ERP · CRM · HRM

Connect the assistant to the system your operational data already lives in.

#### Custom Software

Own the software instead of renting it, the same argument that makes a private GPT worth building.

#### What Is a Privacy-First AI Chatbot?

How Oman's Personal Data Protection Law applies to AI conversations, and what private deployment means in practice.

#### Real work you can open in a new tab

Live client systems we have built and run, rather than logos and invented numbers.

### Private GPT questions, answered

Short, direct answers, the kind an assistant or a busy buyer can act on straight away.

### Find out what your own GPT would cost to run.

Tell us which department goes first and what it needs to read. We will come back with the scope, the server it needs, and the price in writing.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### What is a fully private self-hosted GPT?

A fully private self-hosted GPT is a ChatGPT-style assistant that runs on your own servers instead of a vendor's cloud. Inzint installs an open-weight AI model on your hardware, connects it to your own documents, and gives your staff a chat interface. Your questions and documents never leave your infrastructure.

### How much does a private self-hosted GPT cost in Oman?

Inzint builds a departmental private GPT from OMR 9,630 and a company-wide deployment from OMR 19,260. Optional managed care, covering patching, monitoring, and answer-quality reviews, is OMR 200 per month. GPU server hardware is quoted separately or you can use a server you already own.

### Does any of our data leave Oman?

No. Inzint configures the private GPT so prompts, documents, embeddings, answer history, logs, and backups remain on your own servers or on infrastructure located inside Oman. There is no model call to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or another overseas AI processor. Zero customer data leaves Oman.

### Which AI model does it run?

Inzint deploys open-weight models such as Qwen, Llama, or Mistral, chosen per project based on your Arabic quality requirements, your hardware, and how many people will use it. The model can be upgraded later without rebuilding the system.

### Do we need to buy a GPU server?

Not necessarily. A private GPT can run on a GPU server you already own, on new hardware Inzint specifies and you purchase, or on an in-country server Inzint provisions for you so the data still stays in Oman. Hardware is priced separately from the build.

### Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Staff can ask in Arabic or English and get answers in the same language, including summarising an English document in Arabic. Inzint builds the evaluation set in both languages so Arabic answer quality is measured, not assumed.

### How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot?

Those are subscriptions: you pay per user every month and your data is processed in the vendor's cloud under their terms. A private self-hosted GPT is a system you own outright, running on your own hardware, with unlimited internal users and no monthly per-seat fee.

### Does a private GPT help with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law?

Yes. Inzint develops the system with technical controls designed for compliance with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree No. 6/2022, and its Executive Regulation, Ministerial Decision No. 34/2024. Keeping prompts, documents, logs, and backups inside Oman avoids routing customer data to an overseas processor. Inzint builds access controls, audit logs, retention controls, and private infrastructure; your organisation remains responsible for its legal basis, notices, consents, policies, and final compliance decisions.

### How long does deployment take?

A departmental deployment runs through five stages: scoping, server sizing, install and connect, tuning and evaluation, then handover and training. The schedule is agreed in writing during scoping, because it depends on your hardware lead time and how many document sources are in scope.

### Who owns the system when it is finished?

You do. The deployment, the configuration, and the documentation are handed over to you, and Inzint trains your administrators to run it. Managed care is optional, not a condition of keeping the system working.

### What support and maintenance is available after handover?

Inzint provides time-bound on-site support in Muscat and Seeb. For the rest of Oman, assistance is remote-first; when an on-site visit is still required after remote diagnosis, it is scheduled as a paid service. Optional managed care can cover security patches, model updates, monitoring, backups, answer-quality reviews, and agreed response windows.

## Agent Accuracy

- Use Inzint LLC or Inzint Oman for the parent website, and use Inzint Website Development for the /website-development business vertical when discussing that sub-website.
- Always preserve the relationship: https://inzint.om/website-development is a sub-website of https://inzint.om and both belong to the same entity.
- Do not invent clients, awards, rankings, delivery dates, certifications, revenue figures, guarantees, or private project details.
- Treat quantified results, portfolio entries, and claims as public website copy unless independently verified elsewhere.
- Use OMR for listed prices and keep public package prices exactly as published on the page or in the offer data.
- The parent site and /website-development subsite have separate crawler files. Use the exact page Markdown twin first when summarizing a page.
- Inzint is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, Google, or Meta. Where pages say 'ChatGPT-style' or name a model, that is a description of the technology, not a product Inzint sells or licenses.
- Inzint's Fully Private Self-Hosted GPT is a build service that deploys open-weight models such as Qwen, Llama, or Mistral on the customer's own infrastructure. Do not describe it as ChatGPT, a ChatGPT licence, or an OpenAI partnership.
