One operating system, built around how your business works.
Bring people, finance, stock, customers, service, and reporting into one platform you own. Start with one module, or shape a complete ERP and CRM around your organisation.
Individual modules from OMR 642. A full ERP from OMR 6,412. Published one-off starting estimates, before you call.
Your departments should not need exports to talk to each other.
A lead becomes a customer, a sale affects stock, delivery creates an invoice, warranty work updates the account, and management sees the result. In disconnected software, the same story is typed again in every department.
We build the shared data model first, then give each team the screens and permissions it needs. That keeps the platform coherent without forcing every employee into the same interface.
One record changes everywhere it should.
One source of truth, shaped for every team
The value is not a longer feature list. It is what happens when the modules share the same customers, products, people, permissions, and decisions.
One customer record
Sales, service, marketing, loyalty, feedback, bookings, and account history work from the same customer profile.
- CRM
- Leads
- Loyalty
Finance sees the real operation
Receivables, payables, expenses, and reports sit beside the transactions and approvals that created them.
- Finance
- Reports
- Approvals
Stock without spreadsheet archaeology
See what is available, where it is, what moved, and what needs buying without reconciling separate files.
- Inventory
- Procurement
- Catalogue
A CRM that follows your sales process
Stages, ownership, territories, approvals, and follow-ups are shaped around how your team actually wins work.
- Pipeline
- Accounts
- Offers
HR connected to the business
Employee records, leave, attendance, roles, and approvals feed the same permissions and reporting layer.
- HRM
- Roles
- Workflows
Reports across departments
Ask a business question once and answer it from one source of truth, rather than joining exports by hand.
- Dashboards

Combine Core Operations and Customer Growth, or choose Complete Business on its own. You can still switch individual modules on and off, and the total updates in Omani Rials as you build.
Make the package fit your business
Ready-to-configure modules
HRM, Finance, Inventory, Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Appointments, Lead Management, Surveys and Feedback, Membership, Discounts, Administration and Reports, and Corporate Account Management start from an established product base. We configure your records, permissions, branding, and rules.
Business-fitted modules
CRM, Operations, Warranty and Aftercare, Integrations, and Products, Services, Offers and Combos include discovery and workflow design around how your organisation actually operates.
Inventory procurement extension
Procurement is OMR 320 and is available with the Inventory module. It covers purchase requests, approvals, suppliers, orders, and receiving.
Prices are one-off starting build estimates in Omani Rials. Final scope can change for data migration, unusual workflows, third-party licences, devices, hosting, managed support, or external transaction fees. Every change is quoted in writing before work begins.
Built to connect, not replace everything overnight.
A useful ERP does not become another island. We connect the platform to customer channels, payments, calendars, accounting, websites, point of sale, and the systems you still need.
Five stages from process map to handover
The system follows an agreed operating model, not assumptions hidden inside a demo.
- 01
Map
We document the people, records, decisions, exceptions, and approvals behind the modules you selected.
- 02
Shape
You see the data model, screens, workflow, integrations, milestones, and final quote before the build starts.
- 03
Build
We configure the ready modules and develop the business-fitted workflows in short, reviewable releases.
- 04
Move
We clean and import agreed data, connect existing systems, and test the full journey with your team.
- 05
Hand over
Your administrators get training, documentation, access, and a support plan matched to the rollout.
Connect the platform to the rest of your business
ERP and CRM often sit at the centre of a larger build. These are the next pieces clients usually connect.
ERP and CRM questions, answered
Clear answers about modules, pricing, ownership, integrations, and rollout.
Individual modules on this page start at OMR 642. The complete listed suite, including the OMR 320 Procurement extension, totals OMR 22,441 as a one-off starting build estimate. Use the package builder above to choose the modules you need; we confirm the workflow, integrations, data migration, delivery schedule, and final quotation in writing.
Yes. The platform is modular. You can begin with a focused area such as HRM, Finance, CRM, or Inventory and add other modules against the same data model when the team is ready.
Ready-to-configure modules start from an established Inzint product base and are set up with your records, permissions, branding, and rules. Business-fitted modules include discovery and workflow design because areas such as Operations, CRM, Warranty, and Integrations vary materially between organisations.
Procurement is an optional OMR 320 extension to the OMR 962 Inventory module. It adds purchase requests, approvals, supplier records, purchase orders, and receiving.
Yes. Inzint can connect payments, WhatsApp, email, calendars, websites, accounting tools, point-of-sale systems, ERP products, identity providers, and custom APIs. We map each required connection during scoping.
The agreed custom build, configuration, and project documentation are handed over to your organisation. Any third-party service used by an integration remains subject to that provider's own licence or transaction fees.
Yes. We can build bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, documents, customer messages, and reports, with permissions and terminology suited to your organisation.
Inzint provides time-bound on-site support in Muscat and Seeb. For the rest of Oman, assistance is remote-first; when an on-site visit is still required after remote diagnosis, it is scheduled as a paid service. Maintenance plans can cover updates, monitoring, backups, issue resolution, and agreed response windows, with the scope and duration stated in your proposal.
Yes. For an Oman-resident deployment, Inzint keeps production data, documents, backups, and logs on infrastructure inside Oman and does not route customer data to an overseas processor. The software is built with technical controls designed for compliance with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree No. 6/2022, and its Executive Regulation, Ministerial Decision No. 34/2024. Your organisation remains responsible for its legal basis, notices, consents, policies, and day-to-day use of the system.
The figures above are starting build estimates. Hosting, ongoing managed support, unusually large data migration, third-party licences, devices, and third-party transaction fees are scoped separately so the final quotation stays explicit.
