Yes. From the Essentials tier onward, Inzint includes backend and API integration, so the app can connect to your existing systems and data sources. This lets your mobile app share information with the platforms your business already runs on.

Inzint provides ongoing support and maintenance after launch, including updates that keep the app compatible with new iOS and Android versions. Inzint provides time-bound on-site support in Muscat and Seeb. For the rest of Oman, assistance is remote-first; when an on-site visit is still required after remote diagnosis, it is scheduled as a paid service.
